Scott Fewell - Advisor

Scott Fewell, AMS, is a seasoned HOA management professional with nearly two decades of experience guiding communities through complex operational, financial, and governance challenges. His background includes leadership roles with top-tier management firms spanning regional oversight, special projects, and on‑site community operations where he supported boards in budgeting, capital project planning, vendor management, and long‑range community strategy. Dubbed the “Transition Whisperer” during his time assisting Millennium Tower in San Francisco, he specializes in helping associations navigate changes smoothly and harmoniously.

As a current General Manager in the Portland area, Scott brings a deep, practical understanding of how well‑run associations function day to day and how strong board leadership shapes long‑term success. His AMS credential reflects his commitment to industry best practices, continuing education, and ethical community management, making him a trusted advisor for boards seeking clarity, stability, and informed decision‑making.

Outside of work, Scott is an avid barbershop singer whose love of close harmony shows up in both chorus and quartet performance. He sings with PDX Voices, an award‑winning Portland chorus known for its musical precision and innovative sound, and he’s also a member of Mugshot, a championship quartet celebrated for its artistry, blend, and entertaining stage presence.
